We have 19 years experience in the repair and renovation of commercial window and door projects. We operate within the M25 but will consider projects outside of this radius.

Generally repairs can be carried out at a fraction of the cost of replacement and with an occupied building removes the aggravation and disruption caused by such works.

We have experience working in occupied offices and understand the necessity of carefully programming our works with the tenants.

A competent overhaul can extend the life of frames for up to 15 years and in many cases insurance backed 10 year warranty is available, please request details.

Our activities include repairing aluminium window systems including casement, pivot, sliding sash spiral counter balance, steel window systems including medium universal, W20 & W40 these are generically known as “Crittall” windows, in some instances it possible to upgrade thermal performance substantially by installing a double glazed sealed unit, timber window systems including casement, sliding sash and horizontally pivoted Scandinavian style windows, these are imported windows and we have access to all parts.

We are registered with the Inland Revenue under the Construction Industry Scheme and carry a UTR.

We carry £10 million pounds of Employer’s Liability and £10 million pounds of Public/Products liability insurance.
